Shipping my personal belongings to Turkey

Merhaba,

I鈥檓 about to make the big move to Turkey and was after any advice or things to watch out for when shipping my personal belongings to Turkey.

Thinking of bringing in a little bit more than the airline allowable 30kgs, maybe a suitcase or two more. I obviously don鈥檛聽 want to pay any extra taxes or duty on this of course. Anyone know what I need to do in order to make this happen?

Kuwait Airways economy class 2 bags 23kg = 46kg
Business class 2 bags 32 kg = 62 kg
First class 3 Bags 32 kg = 96 kg
If your things are used things not a goods for sell. Don't worry
But if things are new and if they ask, you need to declare and pay tax.
