Re-sale Value of Real Estate in Alanya Turkey

GuestPoster289

Hello all- I am in the process of purchasing a property in Alanya Turkey. I find Turkish people to be friendly and hospitable and I am sure I will enjoy living there. If and when I decide to sell my property will I :)  have to wait long to sell? Thank you all.  :)

I think globally nowadays selling/buying is slow, so at the moment it is a buyer's market, which means if you are selling now, it is not going to be very easy, but after Covid-19 things may change; the Lira is low at the moment, so in my opinion it is a very good time to buy now; good luck ..

Hello

Do you know any good construction company in Alanya (Antalya)? There are lots of constructions going on in this area, just wondering if you know some reputable construction companies.

Thanks, Sean

Thanks @Yoginee Do these companies sell their projects? (say, with a down payment, and installments in one year) should we contact them directly?

I think better chance to look with google, just looking for real estate alanya (or suburb) give you with so many results. In the meantime expensive. Downpayments can be quite tricky though.

A forum I think is not the right place. This is business and buying/selling I would say NO on a forum.

Thanks @cdw057. I see so many results, but how can I trust these companies? As I understand, when you buy a undre-construction property, there is no deed until you pay off! So, you actually pay with no deed in hand! How can I trust the company is legitimate? Or that they deliver on time? Is there any place where I can check their reputations? reviews? etc?

@Shayan B When I came I just bought re-sale, for me it was far too risky to buy infinished. Depending on the budget though and appetite for risk, I just like comfortable life and no stress and possible court cases.

@Shayan B Good luck though with your endavaours
